Earnovate™ provides AI training for the educational workforce to improve workplace productivity, communication systems, operational efficiency, and AI literacy.
Earnovate™ does not guarantee:
employment
job placement
government contracts
business revenue
investment outcomes
financial success
enterprise implementation results
All training is intended for educational and professional development purposes only.
Users may be required to create an account to access training modules, certifications, or platform features.
Users are responsible for:
maintaining account confidentiality
protecting login credentials
all activity occurring under their account
Earnovate™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies.
Certain platform features may require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, users agree to:
recurring billing terms
subscription pricing
payment authorization
cancellation policies
Pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in interrupted access.
Earnovate™ may offer free trial access to workforce training modules or certifications.
Free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Users may cancel future renewals at any time, but charges already processed may not be refunded.
Enterprise contracts or custom workforce training agreements may have separate refund or billing terms.
All platform materials, including:
training content
lessons
PDFs
branding
graphics
workflows
videos
certifications
documentation
software systems
are the intellectual property of Earnovate™ unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:
reproduce
resell
distribute
share
modify
republish
platform content without written permission.
Users may not use Earnovate™ to:
violate laws or regulations
distribute harmful or malicious content
infringe intellectual property rights
abuse platform systems
engage in fraudulent activity
share unauthorized access credentials
disrupt platform operations
Earnovate™ reserves the right to remove users violating these policies.
Certifications issued by Earnovate™ reflect completion of platform training requirements and assessments.
Certification completion does not constitute:
accredited academic certification
professional licensing
government certification
employment qualification guarantees
Organizations utilizing Earnovate™ for workforce onboarding or enterprise AI training are responsible for:
internal compliance
workplace implementation
employee supervision
operational policies
regulatory requirements
Earnovate™ is not liable for organizational implementation decisions.
Earnovate™ may reference or integrate third-party tools, software, AI systems, or external platforms.
Earnovate™ is not responsible for:
third-party outages
external service changes
platform limitations
external privacy practices
Use of third-party tools may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Earnovate™ shall not be liable for:
indirect damages
business interruption
lost profits
data loss
workforce implementation outcomes
operational disruptions
reliance on training content
Use of the platform is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
Earnovate™ reserves the right to:

change subscription plans

discontinue services

Earnovate™ may suspend or terminate access for users violating these Terms & Conditions or engaging in prohibited conduct.
